33 year old candy countess Dylan Lauren (owner of Dylan's candy bar) is opening an ACTUAL bar on the third floor this fall. "Candy Hour" starts at 6:30 and will include drinks like Gummy Bear Martinis and Rock Candy Cosmos....sweet!
