Ok so as many of you know, I'm a bit carbophobic and usually avoid pastries and baked goods at all costs....but I picked up the most delicious cupcakes for my friend Cory's b-day today and she made me taste several...HOLY MADONNA!
PHOEBES CUPCAKES has ridiculously delicious flavour combinations such as:
- Salted Caramel:
Vanilla Cake soaked in Homemade Caramel with Caramel Buttercream Frosting topped with Himalayan Rose Sea Salt and
- Breakfast Cupcakes
Maple soaked Buttermilk Cake with a Maple Butter Frosting topped with Crispy Bacon
- Strawberry lemon curd -
lemon cake filled with lemon curd and strawberry buttercream
Cory's personal favourite was the Boston Creme pie cupcake, which she described as"sheer deliciousness- with a magic shell chocolate top!"
They also package them beautifully with cute window display boxes wrapped in blue satin ribbon- great for gifts and special parties (or random friday binges)
